Who are we? The short and sweet answer is that Northern Shield Development Corporation is a modular manufacturer and builder. Depending on the project, our structures can be built with wood framing, shipping containers or a pretty slick steel frame and structurally insulated panel modular system that we developed. We are also a select developer of small residential and multi-residential housing.
All of our units are built in our manufacturing facilities and delivered to a construction location ready for assembly or installation. Whether you’re looking for commercial, residential, creative modular solutions or just something for the backyard, we can guarantee that we will bring your vision to life, delivering innovative, cost effective and speedy options. Our team is crafty, nimble and highly experienced, and up for just about every challenge. If you can dream it, we’ll figure out how to build it.
